Terms of Service

We generally aim to have a more free and relaxed environment and as such we aim to make our terms as fair, open and hopefully agreeable as we can. That said, a little law and order is needed to keep the peace.

tl;dr - No CP. No Gross Images/Videos. Use common sense. Be an adult. Underaged get out.

Common Sense - Our Definition

'Common sense' is hard to define, but here we go:-
Be reasonable. Have good judgement. Treat others amicably.

Prohibited Content

Things we absolute will not allow posted in any channel:

There is no leeway on CP. You will be banned and reported to the relevant authorities. No exceptions.

Your Rights & Responsibilites as a User

We try not to ask too much from our users, just the bare minimum to ensure everyone can have a fun time.

We will publicly denounce any individuals who misrepresent us and our community.

Our Rights & Responsibilites as a Platform

We hold some core values and vows we intend to keep throughout the entire lifespan of the platform:

In extreme cases, we may have to make decisions or statements that might be contrary to our values and vows. In this case, we will still do our best to clearly communicate our reasoning why.

Data Protection

InuCast will never share or sell your data. Ever. It's not what we're about nor is it how we want to make money.

We only ever require your email address for our user system; we will never send you unsolicited emails, newsletters or spam.

We constantly work to uphold our responsibility to the EU's General Data Protection Regulation.

Cookie Policy

InuCast does not and will not use any form of tracking cookies. The only cookies InuCast uses (which aren't even technically cookies) are to identify you to our server. As such, we are not required to put up one of those annoying 'this site uses cookies' messages on the front page of our site.

To clarify what we mean by 'not required', the ePrivacy Directive states:

"The ePrivacy Directive states that no cookies and trackers must be placed before prior consent from the user, besides those strictly necessary for the basic function of a website."

As we use no trackers at all and our "cookie" (again, not technically a cookie) is necessary for basic function of the site, we don't need to prompt you.
